Spraoi Makes a Splash!

Primates of all shapes, sizes and ages battled oft-times monsoon-like conditions to bring ‘The Origin of the Species’ – Spraoi 2015’s Darwinian parade – to the people of Waterford on Sunday night.
The inclement weather failed to dampen the spirits of the massive crowd who donned their raincoats and Supermacs-sponsored paper monkey masks to enjoy the customary spectacle. And they weren’t disappointed, as 300 brilliantly-costumed performers and animated floats provided Spraoi’s traditional brand of music, madness and general mayhem in abundance.
