Months of hard work and long days are finally coming to fruition for Deirdre Molloy, Manager with this year’s Waterford Harvest Festival. With Harvest-themed events to suit all the family taking place throughout the city all this week, her organisational skills are really put to the test – but she loves every minute of it.
