Convening in advance their annual meeting, the elected members of Waterford Co Council head an impressive pitch from Presidential frontrunner, Senator David Norris – in the notable absence of Seán Gallagher.
The businessman and RTÉ ‘Dragon’ was also scheduled to address councillors about his ambitions for the Áras but didn’t attend, saying later he’d rescheduled a date with officials.
