Despite cold water being poured by local agencies on our story linking WIT and the Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge) to the development of a new campus at the former Waterford Crystal site, the site’s appeal remains clear.
Contrary noises directed towards this newspaper since last week’s story have suggested that the ambitious academic/business project, while well-intended, is unlikely to go ahead, with finance and resources as the main stumbling blocks.
