Cork Travel Fest, a major new travel exhibition organised by The Travel Collection and hosted by Cork Airport, will take place this coming Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm daily.
Music and entertainment for all the family will feature during the two day event. A variety of foods from around the world will also be available to taste and buy.
More than 30 exhibitors from Irish and International Airlines, Hotels, City and National Tourism Organisations, Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Cruise Companies and Overseas Property Companies are confirmed to take part. A dedicated reservation area will also be available at Cork Airport so that visitors to the Cork Travel Fest can avail of a host of special offers on holidays and make bookings over the weekend.
A number of prizes will be offered by exhibitors at their stands during the event as follows: Continental Airlines – 2 flights to New York; Fitzpatrick’s Hotel, New York – 3 nights accommodation at Fitzpatrick’s Grand Central Hotel;
Spanish Tourism Board – 2 hotel stays in the Costa Del Sol; 1 hotel stay in Salou, including flights; Air Southwest (& Visit Cornwall) – 2 flights to either Newquay or Plymouth; Visit Manchester/BMI – Flights will be on offer at the stand; Newcastle Gateshead Initiative/Jet2 – 2 return flights to Newcastle and 2 night’s accommodation in Jury’s Inn; Cork Airport Travel Value Retail – 4 hampers will be raffled; Liverpool – A weekend in Liverpool will be on offer.
Exhibitors at the Cork Travel Fest include a virtual who’s who in the domestic and international holiday market.
