St Saviour’s 0; Tramore 2

Tramore continue to set a hot pace at the top of the table and they accounted for St Saviour’s on Sunday morning in Ballybeg. They now have a total of 16 points from 6 games played.

Clifton Power had the misfortune to chest the ball past his own goalkeeper Graham Cleary after 17 minutes as he tried to clear a Leigh Quilty free kick. St Saviour’s task was made even harder when their top midfield player John Paul Jacob was sent off after picking up a second yellow card on 57 minutes.

Robbie Phelan scored his 5th league goal of the current season on 83 minutes following a sweeping move involving Steven O’Shea, Stephen Grant and Zac Shanahan.
