Planning permission has been lodged with Waterford City Council for the development of a car park in a prime city centre location.
The application by Northern Ireland property developer Dr Gerard O’Hare CBE, is for the development of a car park on the junction of High Street and Exchange Street.
Dr O’Hare, who is Managing Director of Parker Green International, has lodged permission seeking the use of the vacant site as a car park for a temporary period of two years.
