Thankfully, no stand-out incidents were brought to the attention of local Gardaí over the Bank Holiday and Halloween weekend, according to Gardaí. However, there were still a number of incidents that required attention from the authorities over the past week.

A number of small bonfires in Waterford City were reported by the public and quickly extinguished by the fire brigade, with unburned material taken away by Waterford City Council.

There was a public order incident in Farran Park where up to 20 youths were drinking alcohol around a wheelbarrow which was moved into the garden of a house.
