IDA Ireland addressed members of Waterford City Council on Monday evening in committee, much to the chagrin of Councillor Davy Daniels.
Cllr Daniels objected to a recommendation made by the Corporate Policy Group (CPG) that Ray O’Connor’s IDA presentation was to be made in a private session blocked off from the public and the press.
