Like many of their fellow county champions of 2011, Dungarvan’s interest in the Provincial Championship ended at the penultimate hurdle.
The outcome of this game was never in doubt from the first minute to the last.
Overall, Dungarvan’s performance was poor and unless we see a vast improvement come the Championship in 2012, you cannot but feel that they may well struggle at the top grade next season. Time will tell on that count.
