Celebrity chef Richard Corrigan has splashed out €3m for an idyllic Co Waterford retreat where he will open a cookery school and grow fresh produce for his restaurants.
The Michelin star chef confirmed this week that he has bought Woodstown House, famed throughout the region for hosting Jacqueline Kennedy and her children in 1967.
