The Tramore Town Manager, Brian White, said this week that no dezoning of land in the resort or surrounding areas would occur in the near future. Responding to a query from Councillor Maxine Keoghan, Mr White revealed that the status quo would be maintained at least until the town’s Area Plan was up for review in two years’ time.
The Manager also informed Monday night’s meeting that prices were being sought for refurbishment of the Airmen Memorial on The Promenade and that the public display stage was now completed for the new town park, with Friday of next week the closing date for submissions.
