The Waterford Ladies Gaelic Football Association held its annual awards ceremony in Lawlors Hotel, Dungarvan on Saturday, January 2nd, to honour county teams on their outstanding successes during 2009.
On the night medals were presented to members of the panels that won the All-Ireland Minor and Under 16 ‘B’ Shield titles, and the Munster Intermediate Championship, last year.
A number of special presentations were also made by Brendan Gallagher, County Chairman, in recognition of the voluntary efforts that go into running Ladies Football in Waterford.
